Scope of Work:

Renovation of a 3,930 sq. ft. facility, the former Latitude 31 restaurant, located in the historic Jekyll Island Wharf. The Wharf restaurant renovations included a new expanded kitchen, new bar, new accessible restrooms, and dining space renovations. The upgraded exterior space can accommodate live music and provides a deck area for outdoor dining and views of the beautiful waterfront location.
