Description:

Scope of this project included developing a master plan and design and construction of a new 270 Niche Columbarium with meditation and ceremony spaces.

The work included design and construction drawings for a Limestone columbarium to be located on Saint Simons Island, Georgia.

This project included: programming, site master planning, schematic design, design development, final construction documents and construction administration.

Ussery-Rule conducted regular progress meetings with the contractor and insured that the project progressed smoothly.

The site and building are fully ADA accessible and designed to withstand hurricanes.
