- APPLICATION MUST INCLUDE CONTACT INFORMATION:
OWNER, BUILDER, AND LICENSED ARCHITECT
- PLANS MUST INCLUDE LICENSED ARCHITECT SEAL
- FEES MUST ACCOMPANY SUBMISSION
- DRAWINGS MUST INCLUDE SITE PLAN, LANDSCAPE PLAN, SAMPLES AND MATERIAL SHEET
- No Building Permits will be issued for any homes in the Hawkins Island Subdivision without first requesting an approval letter from the Hawkins Island ARC.
